In collating the 2020 election results, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. John Mahama, according to Kwame Baffoe deployed the services of a South African old lady to help him put his Presidential figures together.
After doing her job, the woman according to the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) informed Mr. Mahama that he had lost the elections to President Akufo-Addo by over 500,000 votes.
Making the revealation on Wontumi TV’s Nsempa Fie show, Kwame Baffoe also known as Abronye stated that Mr. Mahama specifically hired the woman because he considered
her a better mathematician than Prof. Aryeetey.

Former President Mahama has indicated that so far the main opposition party has held two retreats to analyze the party’s performance in the 2020 election.
According to him, illiteracy is to be blamed for the woes the NDC suffered in last year’s elections.
Mr. Mahama is on record to have said that “every region was asked to account for its performance in the 2020 elections. They came with reports and there was one region who stated that ‘some of our party agents were illiterate, they could not read or write…and the chairman asked, but who made them party agents?”.
But Abronye wondered if Mr. Mahama considers his South African mathematician an illiterate after spending so much on her to come and help him.
