The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has revealed that he won’t waste his time correcting the damages Prof. Ken Attafuah has caused the New Patriotic Party with his latest comment.
He described Prof. Ken Attafuah as a man who fails to combine wisdom with intelligence when addressing the public.
The Executive Secretary of the National Identification Authority (NIA) Prof. Ken Attafuah stirred controversy when he revealed that President Akufo-Addo has charged him not to hire or involve members of the NPP in any process at the National Identification Authority (NIA).
Prof Attafuah is on record to have said on another radio station that President Akufo-Addo’s vision is for him to build a neutral public service and so he [Attafuah] was doing what the law permits and in line with the President’s legacy.
But according to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, President Akufo-Addo hasn’t charged Prof. Ken Attafuah to carry out such an agenda.
The Assin Central MP stated on Wontumi TV that the information Prof. Ken Attafuah gave to the public was very sensitive and has really damaged the NPP.
The NPP legislator accused the NIA boss of being the reason most youth who worked hard for the NPP are homw without jobs and accused him of being someone who doesn’t combine wisdom with intelligence when addressing the public.
He therefore warned members of the party not to expect him to engage in any form of damage control to lessen to tension Prof. Attafuah has caused.
