John Dramani Mahama’s playful nature disqualifies him from being Ghana’s President, a communications team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has said.
According to the NPP man, it was erroneous on the part of the former President to make false claims that the Electoral Commission of Ghana, printed 1 million extra ballot sheets to benefit the NPP during the 2020 elections.
Addressing the issue on Wontumi TV, the NPP communicator stated that when John Mahama’s legal team had the opportunity to prove what he alleging in court, “they failed to produce a single pink sheet” at the Supreme Court.
The NPP man continued that the pronouncement of Mr. Mahama were getting out of hands and suggested that the nation must consider stripping him off every courtesy accorded all ex-presidents because he didn’t deserve it.
“He is a stateman but doesn’t act like that. We should have cancelled the emolument he takes for him to see that we no longer accord him that respect as a former President”, he said.
He ended his submission by calling on the NDC to start nurturing someone to take over from John Mahama since he could never win an election against the NPP.
