Efia Odo has been described by Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo as a “problem” spreading celebrity instead of being a problem solver.
Just recently, Efia Odo, was pictured standing beside a choked gutter and calling on government on fix the problem.
Shortly after her post, many Ghanaians condemned her and reminded her that it is the responsibility of individuals to ensure their surroundings clean and not the sole responsibility of government.
And adding to this, Mr. Boafo averred that “a celebrity is a problem solving person not a problem spreading celebrity” like Efia Odo has demonstrated.

The former Chief Executive Officer of Public Sector Reforms explained that Ghanaians expect the conveners of the #FixTheCountry to demonstrate some form of responsibility in their campaign rather than doing the opposite.
Speaking on Wontumi TV’s Morning Show, Mr. Kusi Boafo educated Efia Odo, by claiming that her character doesn’t make her celebrity worth emulating.
“This is not the character of a responsible person who calls herself a celebrity.
He described Efia Odo decision to stand by a dirty gutter as “very irresponsible” and added that her style of dressing even makes her worse.
“You do that by wearing clothes that expose parts of your breast as well”, the government official said making reference to her choice of attire.
