A student with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has ridiculed his tutor, Professor Charles Marfo, for knowing nothing about the massive contributions Chairman Wontumi has blessed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) with.
The student in an interview with Wontumionline, called the bluff Professor Marfo noting that his contribution to academia has been less significant since “he hasn’t been able to build a common fufu pounding machine with his title”.
He student who wanted to remain anonymous, stated that the track record of Chairman Wontumi is open for all to see since he has used his Chairmanship position to help the NPP come from opposition to win political power for two consecutive terms.
“You call yourself a Prof, yet you can’t even manage a classroom. Chairman Wontumi with his skill has been able to bring the NPP from opposition to power. Can Professor Charles Marfo even win a Parliamentary seat in his hometown?” the student quizzed.
Professor Marfo, has been running riot calling on NPP delegates to vote against Chairman Wontumi in their upcoming party elections.
But his student responded that he has now gotten to know how shallow his tutor is judging from the point he has made.
“How can you call on the NPP to vote against Chairman Wontumi? Do you know what he has done for our stronghold? This Professor is shallowing in making a political analysis. He should stick to his chew and pour philosophy or he might be part of the group that have taken money from NDC, Mahama and his brothers to run Chairman Wontumi down”, he alleged.
