Alhaji Musah Fuseini Dagoomah has fired Kennedy Agyapong for acting like an agent hired by former President John Dramani Mahama to destabilize the New Patriotic Party through his utterances.
Last Saturday, there was near chaos between Presidential aspirant, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, and NPP Constituency Chairman for Sagnarigu, Alhaji Dagoma, and his delegates during a meeting in Tamale.
During the meeting, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong stated that the Constituency Chairmen were offered GHs 100,000 each to vote during the special delegate conference.
Reacting to the allegation on the Wontumi Morning Show, the Sagnarigu Constituency Chairman for the NPP stated that it is about time Kennedy Agyapong is stopped from campaigning on lies.
He described Kennedy Agyapong as a bad person who can never be flagbearer of the NPP.
“You can’t be flagbearer because you don’t speak the truth. You are a very bad person. There were delegates there and you were saying I have been given pick-up vehicle and 1 billion cedis; these are all lies.”
He continued that the NPP wants to break the eight year political cycle but elements like Kennedy Agyapong don’t want it to see the light of day.
“We don’t want internal fighting. Ken is a bad person and not a good person. He is always damaging the NPP…if he doesn’t like the NPP he should leave and join the NDC because it is like he is campaigning for John Mahama but in Northern region we want to break the 8 with NPP”, he said.
