The management and staff of wontumi multimedia (Wontumi TV, Wontumi Radio, Wontumionline.com and Wontumi Today Digital frontpage paper) will hold a missive free health screening and kenkey party for it customer, viewers and listeners in Kumasi and it environs.
The exercise, which formed part of a corporate social responsibility of the mission to give back to both their customers and residents in its areas of operation.
Patrons will be screened for diabetes, sugar levels, blood pressure, eye and dental diseases, malaria, hepatitis B, breast cancer, HIV, cholesterol and more
The beneficiaries will be screened and given free medication, while those identified with complications were referred to appropriate health facility for further diagnoses and care.
Also, there will be a kenkey party for all beneficiaries.
It’s expected that about 5,000 guest will be at the programme. The General Manager assures the guest that enough space have been created for the medical staff to amount their equipment and also attend to those who’ll submit themselves.
The programme will be staged at the main premises of Wontumi TV and Radio at Asukwa on the stadium road opposite TI AMASS Senior High School in the Ashanti Region, Kumasi
Present at the screening will be the CEO of Wontumi Multimedia, Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako (Chairman Wontumi), King Eben (Head of Sports), Oheneba Nana Aseidu (Morning Show Host) and all staff, workers and volunteers of Wontumi Multimedia.
