Speaking to Oheneba Nana Asiedu on the Wontumi morning show,Dr.George Domfeh expressed his disgust at the U.S.A for trying to force us sway away from our cultural values.
“In our 67 years as a country,we have failed to overturn our economical fortunes to be actually independent”-He said.
Instead of us to make productive use of the natural resources God has given us,we tend to export the raw materials, receive it as a finish good and pay more to purchase it which hurts our economy.
He applauded President Akuffo Addo for the marvellous work he’s done with the 1 District 1 Factory initiative. It has helped reduce the importation that was hurting us but then there’s much to be done to free Ghana from this bondage.
The U.S has realised that we’re not economically stable and so they can say and do whatever they want to us since we always run to them for aid.
