We Will Vote Massively To Punish And Retire John Mahama- Suame MP

Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah- Bonsu has said that, the massive votes President Akufo-Addo is seeking is a sign to punish and retire John Mahama.

He said that, Ghanaians should vote massively to kick John Mahama out of Ghana politics.

Addressing a gathering at Breman monitored by Wontumionline.com, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu said that if the NPP defeats NDC with 1.5million votes difference, it will propel the NDC to bring a different candidate for the 2024 general elections.

He said that, that candidate since it would be his first contest, he cannot give the NPP a good run for their money which will help the NPP to stay in power for couple of years.

The Suame MP said that, the NPP’s target of votes in the Constituency is 80,000

According to him, the NPP had 67,000 votes in the previous election while NDC had 11,000.

But he said that, if the people are saying this year’s election is a Thanksgiving one then the votes should increase to at least 8,0000.

“Do not neglect Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP for people to say Asantes are ingrates. We are not ingrates. Let’s vote to show him love.”

Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu appealed to the Chiefs and people not to give ears to the independent candidate in the area, Baashaka.

He said that, he is deceitful adding that they should sack him if he comes to their houses to canvass for votes.

According to Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, during the filing of nomination, the Independent candidate deceived the EC that he is a Lawyer but couldn’t provide his law certificate.

He mocked that, Baashaka is an SHS graduate who is waiting for his results.

“How can someone who is waiting for his WASCCE results replace Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah as MP for Suame Constituency.” He questioned.
