We Don’t Use Poems To Run An Economy - Maurice Ampaw Tells Jane Naana To Acquire Knowledge On Energy, Law…

Seasoned lawyer Maurice Ampaw has described Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang as a cloudy person who has less knowledge on subjects relating to energy, health and law.

Despite giving Prof Opoku-Agyemang her respect for having knowledge on literature, lawyer Ampaw stated that handling of Ghana’s economy is not like reciting poems.

After taking note of the statements the running mate to former President John Mahama made during her unveiling, lawyer Ampaw stated on Wontumi TV that she is a “good story teller”.

“What you delivered on that day was scripted and you had cameras surrounding you. You were delivering poetry. Grandma was reciting poems and this isn’t how to approach politics”, he said.

He therefore challenged her to open up and engage the media in a one on one interview where her knowledge on the economy could be tested.

“Let them ask your questions about energy; let them ask you questions about health. Let’s ask you questions about law; let’s ask you questions about agric – you can’t answer”, he fired.
