For the next 8 years, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) should develop the psyche of a political party ready to stay in opposition for a ling time, Ernest Owusu Bempah has advised.
The Head of Corporate Communications at Ghana Gas in an interview on Wontumi TV last Friday, stated that the NPP won’t relinquish power to the NDC in 2024.
“It will never happen, the NPP will continue for the next 8 years”, he emphatically said.
Mr. Owusu Bempah who is also the Convener for Fixing the Country Movement, stated that President Akufo-Addo is laying a solid foundation for Vice President Bawumia or Mr. Alan Kyerematen to take over after he has completed his tenure.
He pointed out that former President John Mahama would not be a threat to the NPP and compared him to “an old cassava” which would be mashed when presented again by the NDC.
