WC Qualifier: Milovan Rajevac To Name Squad For Zimbabwe Clash Next week
Ghana national team head coach Milovan Rajevac will name his squad for the 2022 World Cup qualifying doubleheader against Zimbabwe in October.
The squad which will be revealed by the Serbian tactician might include regular faces and few new entrants, as revealed by the Ghana FA Spokesperson.
“What happens is that three weeks before every game the coach submits his squad list,” Henry Asante Twum said in an interview.
“CK submitted his squad on Sunday and he was fired on Monday, so as we speak there is a squad in mind.”
Milo, who makes a return to the West African football powerhouse for his second stint has been tasked to qualify the team to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He has also been mandated to win next years Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The Black Stars are tied in Group G and lurking behind South Africa with just a point.
