A Private Legal Practitioner, George Oppong has said the apology Afia Schwarzenegger has rendered to the Court over the contempt of the court is too late.
According to Lawyer Oppong, the apology should have been rendered at the time she was sighted for the contempt.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show he said the apology would have resisted the court for posing an extra penalty against her.
The Kwabere East Presiding Member fumed that apology is not supposed to be rendered after a court’s verdict.
