The Campaign Manager for the incumbent Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Addai Poku Aikens has stated that Chairman Wontumi has made the NPP attractive and that the delegates are ready to grant him another term.
Addai Poku Aikens said the biggest achievement of Chairman Wontumi is to break the eight years jinx in the history of the ruling party.
Appearing on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Thursday, the Bosomtwe Constituency Chairman said the rattle from Chairman Wontumi’s competitors will not result in anything.
He jabbed that, an empty barrel makes the most noise.
Chairman Aikens said, “if we don’t want Wontumi then we should go for the person who matches him but I don’t see any of his competitors who match him.
