Broadcast journalist, Blessed Godsbrain Smart popularly known as Captain Smart has been advised to work on his yellow and stomach direction type of journalism and refrain from his unprovoked attacks on the Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The Bawus, the group that issued the warning to Captain Smart noted in their press conference that Captain Smart should not expect to be sparred if he should continue to wage media war on Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako- a man the group believed won the NPP the 2020 elections.
The group stated that the NPP doesn’t belong to Captain Smart and they don’t recognize him like he assumes and that it is about time he put much effort into his “stomach direction” type of journalism.

In a strong warning to the Angel fm broadcaster, the Bawus stated that “focus on your profession as a journalist. Learn from others and back your allegations with evidence. You are pretending to fight corruption with your platform but you are not coming to the table with clean hands.”
They ended by calling on the law enforcement agency NIB, to investigate the wealth Captain Smart has amassed by using his platform to blackmail others.
