President Akufo-Addo Are Sure Bets To Break The 8 –

Snr Martin Ameyaw

The Dean of Middle Belt Monitoring Team in charge of the Bono Region, Bono East and Ashanti Region, Snr Martin Ameyaw has stated that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has the biggest chance of breaking the 8 because of the projects and policies by the Nana Addo led government.

Snr Martin Ameyaw is convinced that President Akufo-Addo has lived up to his promises saying government had worked conscientiously to better the lot of the people and will continue to do more for Ghanaians.

“It is obvious that majority of Ghanaians are appreciative of the policies and programmes undertaken by the government to better lives. I am convinced that these projects and policies are enough to break the 8,” Snr Martin Ameyaw said this at the last NPP Ashanti Regional Delegates Conference at Ejisu near Kumasi.

The Deputy Ashanti Regional Coordinator of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) who is now Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer Hopeful was flooded by the youth chanting songs while wearing his branded T-shirts.

The NPP primaries is less than six months away, and candidates are already making the most of the time to raise awareness in ways possible for their election.

With the level of exuberance displayed at the delegates conference on the morning of Thursday, October 27, 2021, by some youth of the Ashanti region, it is anticipated that next year’s regional chairmanship race will be keenly contested.

But speaking succinctly on the party’s internal elections management, Snr Martin Ameyaw urged all to exhibit unity and love to propel and confirm that the NPP is a party that thrives on democracy.

“We need to show Ghanaians that the NPP is a party that believes in democracy and we must go to the elections with oneness and no discrepancies to attract delegates,” he noted.
