Private Legal Practicioner, Nana Obiri Boahen has endorsed calls by Traditional Worshippers demanding a National holiday.
Traditional religion worshippers in Nigeria have urged the Federal government to make every August 20th a public holiday for traditional religion adherents in the country.
Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen bemoaned that, Christians and Muslims have holidays, unlike the Traditionalists.
Speaking on the Wontumi TV program dubbed ‘The State Of Ghana’ with Abu Prah he hinted that he believes in Traditional worship.
He said it’s somebody’s religion.
He noted that there is nothing wrong if a person chooses to worship a deity.
