The National Woman’s Organizer for the New Patriotic Party, Kate Gyamfua has been caught on video weeping uncontrollably over the galamsey tag that has been placed on her.
Kate Gyamfua is alleged to be involved in galamsey and eight of her excavators have been destroyed to serve as deterrent to other illegal miners.
In a viral video Wontumionline.com received, Madam Kate Gyamfua was seen in the company of the Greater Accra region NPP Women’s Wing, wailing to God.
She was later captured weeping uncontrollably during the prayer session and had to be comforted by another women around.

The Military have been sanctioned to burn any excavator found within restricted areas for mining in the nation.
The Ghana Armed Forces,on Friday, May 7, 2021, commenced “Operation Halt 2” to stop illegal gold mining activities along the river bodies and forest reserves in the country.
“Operation Halt 2” is a second phase of the Military action to remove persons and machinery in the mining areas with the aim of restoring the river bodies to its purest form.
