The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Ghana, Mrs. Jean Mensa, has been described by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party as an intelligent person than the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress.
Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show stated that the arrangements made to ensure the smooth running of the 2020 general elections, shows that the EC under the leadership of Jean Mensah knew the task ahead and dealt with it without any major glitches.
This according to him, makes Jean Mensa an intelligent person than Mr. Mahama who failed to put his party in order before contesting the 2020 elections.
“The EC boss is more intelligent than Mahama. If you look at her she announced the final results, you can’t blame her. She made the constituencies more powerful and the various regions got their results from the constituencies”, the NPP Chairman also known as Chairman Wontumi said.
