Chairman Akwasi Nti says he was given bribes in the form of cash and contracts to to tell lies about Chairman Wontumi- which he claims he refused to accept.
“They wanted to use me to against Wontumi because of my closeness with him. They knew people will believe whatever I say about Wontumi but it was not easy for me at all”, he said.
He has revealed that “I planned myself to test NPP members in Ashanti Region to see how they love Wontumi that is why I intentionally concocted lies about him.”
