(VIDEO) Going For Review On Deputy Speakers’ Right To Vote Was Unnecessary- Lawyer Roasts Justice Abdulai

A Private Legal Practitioner, Andy Appiah Kubi has said that it was unwarranted for Justice Abdulai to seek for review of the Deputy Speakers’ right to vote.

Lawyer Andy Appiah Kubi added that the review was also a waste of time.

A nine-member Supreme Court review panel presided over by Justice Jones Victor Mawulorm Dotse, has dismissed an application seeking to review its decision that ruled that the first and second deputy speakers of Parliament can vote and be counted while presiding in the House.

Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Wednesday, he said Justice Abdulai knew what he was going for and he acquired it.

The MP for Asante-Akim North Constituency poked that it is only an inexperienced person who will go for a review after a seven-member court panel has dismissed his application.
