President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has commended one time Ghana’s Ambassador to Cote D’Ivoire Ambassador Kabral Blay Amihere and his team on Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCO) Board, Energy Ministry, and the Energy Commission for their hard work and leadership qualities of resolving issues which has brought a lot of improvement.
According to the President, everyone loves working with diplomat Kabral Blay Amihere a veteran journalist and also some time ago Ghana’s High Commissioner in Sierra Leone and his team because they do not dwell on petty issues when given a task.
President Akufo Addo made these laudable comments about Mr Amihere, who also headed the National Media Commission (NMC) at a ceremony to commission the Kumasi -Bolgatanga 330kv power transmission line which is a GRIDCO substation at Anwomaso in the Oforikrom Municipality in the Kumasi Metropolis.
He also gave thanks to the French government for supporting Ghana with a 173 million dollar loan facility to solve some of the teething challenges in the energy sector.
