Onua FM’s Captain Smart, has been warned by Mr. Ernest Owusu Bempah, to stop carrying himself as a Journalist.
According to him, if the owners of the station had done a proper background check on their employee, they would have detected that they had gone in for a stand-up comedian and not a trained journalist.
Captain Smart according to Mr. Owusu Bempah, “looks like a stand-up comedian, there is no difference between him and Bob Okala. He has to join cantata. He is a concert radio show host. He is a fool”.
The warning is a result of the unprofessional media practice of Captain Smart and baggage of issues he carries around in his private and public life.
In an interview on Wontumi TV, the Convener for Fixing The Country Movement, Mr. Owusu Bempah warned that Onua FM had hired the services of “a useless guy who promoted the NDC when the Komenda Sugar Factory was built. He has no credibility; he wants trends on his show. The owners have gone for a useless person who is not a journalist.”
He further described Smart as a “useless idiot” who has been allowed to speak like a “fool”.
