A political analyst cum traditional chief, Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II, has appealed to Asanteman not to waste time responding to the childish statements from Twene Jonas.
Twene Jonas, a self-styled Youtuber, spoke against Otumfuo Osei Tutu II alleging that he was part of the risen illegal mining is on the rise.
Shortly after his vide went viral, a lot of traditional heads have condemned him stating that he erred in the manner he addressed the King.
Latest to condemn Twene Jonas is Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II. Speaking on the Wontumi Morning Show, Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II described Twene Jonas as “childish” noting that it would be a waste of time for Asanteman to him mileage by directly responding to him.
He warned Twene Jonas to bear in mind that going against the Asantehene means he has started digging his own grave.

In a recent public address, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, called for an end to illegal mining.
In a speech delivered at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology during a Regional Consultative Dialogue on Small Scale Mining, the Asantehene, stated that workshops, can not drive away galamsey activities but rather an attitudinal change will.
“If we suppress the truth, we would be having nice works shops like this but it won’t lead us anywhere or end the illegal activity”, the respected King said.
