Tuface Idibia Gives Brymo 48 Hours To Withdraw His Statement Or Face Billions Of Naira In Defamation Suit

Veteran Nigerian singer, Tuface Idibia aka Tubaba has given a 48 hour ultimatum to musician Brymo to withdraw his statement made against him and apologize or face the laws of the country.

Tuface through a court letter from his solicitors adviced Brymo to take down a post he made accusing the veteran singer of hiring thugs to assault him for allegedly having an affair with his wife or be slapped with Billions Of Naira In a defamation suit.

The solicitors of the singer identified as Creative Legal sent a letter dated, October 6, 2021, to Brymo via social media over allegations that their client, Tuface Idibia falsely accused him of sleeping with his wife.

Few days ago Brymo took to social media to write a lengthy note on how Tuface Idibia acted inhumane towards him because he suspected he was in an affair with his wife Annie.

Brymo said the incident left him traumatised and he has never recovered from it because the veteran singer went to the extent of hiring boys attack him for allegedly sleeping with his wife.

Tuface, through his lawyers, have labeled the over 800 words of Brymo as baseless and false allegations claiming it has caused distress to their client and his family.

The letter also includes how Brymo’s post has caused the veteran’s estimation to be lowered to his friends and business associates.

They gave Brymo 48 hours to withdraw the accusations, take down the social media post and render render unqualified apology to Tuface or face legal suit.
