Lead counsel for the petitioner in the 2020 Election Petition case, Tsatsu Tsikata doesn’t show respect to the Supreme Court Judges, a member of the New Patriotic Party has remarked.
Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B in an interview on Wontumi TV has therefore charged the petitioner, Mr. John Mahama to set up and fire his lawyer before he worsens his case before the judges.
Tsatsu Tsikata according to Nana B, “doesn’t show respect to the judges and if he were to be my lawyer, I would have fired him”.
Touching on the powers of the judges, Nana B explained that “the law is in their bosom and most of what happens in the court they exercise their discretional power that is why we refer to them as my Lord.”
