Private legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw, has described retired Supreme Court Justice William Atuguba’s opinion on the matter involving the declaration of vacant seats in parliament as foolish and useless.
The seasoned legal practitioner stated on Wontumi TV that the retired Supreme Court Judge is envious of the status current Chief Justice Torkornoo has reached, and it is for that reason he has been openly attacking her.
“Currently when the two of you are compared, she has risen far better than you. You are being emotional and politically biased”, he said.
He therefore asked him to go to hell with his “foolishness” and “useless” analysis on the subject involving the declaration of vacant seats by the Speaker of Parliament which has been reversed by the Supreme Court.
“You were being emotional and you are hurt”, he said as he challenged Justice William Atuguba to reduce his ego.
“Are you the law?” he questioned.
