Thirty Ghanaian Referees To Undergo FIFA Elite Course

The referees committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), in consultation with the Assessors and Classification Panel,
selected 30 referees for a FIFA/MA Elite Online Course from September 30 to October 2. 

The list includes 20 FIFA referees and 10 Class One referees.

The full list comprises centre FIFA referees: Daniel Laryea, Adaari Abdul-Latif, Charles Bulu, Benjamin Kwame Sefah, Abdul Latif Qadir, George Vormawah, Theresa Bremansu, Delight Alorbu, Joyce Obenewaa Appiah and Juliet Appiah.
Others are Class One referees Alphonso Atiapah, Julian Nii Akwa Nunoo, Eric Owusu Prempeh, Agominaab Dora Asinaanyaba, and Hommey Mansah.
The rest are assistant FIFA referees Kwasi Acheampong Brobbey, Paul Atimaka, Tijani Mohammed, Emmanuel Allou Tebson, Patrick Papala, Emmanuel Dolagblanu, Beatrice Thaud, Alice Farilu Chakule, Doris Essuman Darko, and Mary Tei.
The Class One assistant referees are Peter Dawsa, Roland Nii Dodoo Addy, Courage Kuedufia, Abigail Abanga and Patricia Kyeraa.

Physical Instructors
GFA Physical Instructors, Anthony Tetteh-Opae, Augustine Fugah and Vivian Aggor, who are responsible for the training theory and the fitness of referees and their training, will be in charge of the physical and endurance test of the referees.

Fitness test
The referees will undergo an individual confinement test on core and static and YOYO Test before the main course.
The physical test, which usually takes place at one location, will see the referees going through the session on their own through a central monitoring system due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
