Sammy Gyamfi is gradually developing the devil’s horn on his head, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako has claimed.
The National Director of Communications for the opposition National Democratic Congress is on record to have heavily insulted some elders in his party for approving some ministerial nominees of President Akufo-Addo in Parliament.
In a Facebook post, Sammy Gyamfi, without mincing words, described Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu; the Minority Chief Whip, Muntaka Mubarak; and the NDC-backed Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, as having betrayed the party for their selfish interests.
Reacting to the issue on the Nsempa Fie show, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako stated that in the collective interest of Ghana, he sees nothing wrong with NDC MPs supporting the NPP to get ministerial nominees approved.
Chairman Wontumi as the NPP is popularly known, stated that the insubordinate actions of Sammy Gyamfi points that he has grown horns and had to be checked before he gets out of hand.
Even with the bad performance of the NDC in government, Chairman Wontumi stated that the NPP which was then in opposition supported them by approving the ministers they presented to parliament to be vetted.
