Actress Beverly Afaglo continues to antagonise Ghanaians even more with everything she says following her failed fundraising attempt.
After cursing those trolling her misfortune and saying that they would have their house burnt and their families killed in a fire, she’s now refusing to show any gratitude for even the small amount raised.
Afaglo was aiming for $20,000 after a GoFundMe was set up for her by Yvonne Nelson and ended up raising about $1,839.
Well, according to her that money cannot even rent a house for her to stay in which is part of the reason she is calling for the donations to be called off.
“Today, which is one week of what happened to me. I am going to ask everybody doing the GoFundMe, especially Yvonne Nelson, to end the GoFundMe. It is ending today. The GoFundMe ended at $1,839. $1,000 equivalent is about Ghc6,000. And $800 and something, so I am assuming we can be talking about Ghc10,000 or Ghc11,000 something.
“I am grateful. Thank you very much. I don’t know how to put it this can’t even rent a house. But I am super grateful. All the love and Momo even as littles as Ghc3 and Ghc5. I was moved to tears.” she added.
The arrogance and entitlement on show is probably the reason people did not donate anyway.
Last week, the actress announced that her house burned down and she lost everything.
She tried raising funds from the public but people were not too interested to donate because she had previously said she is rich and needs nothing in life.
