The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, might have his excesses but is a good man, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako has testified.
For the above reason, he has advised Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye to respect the lawmaker and stop hurling invectives on him on social media.
The NPP Chairman who was clearly not happy with the latest tirades Tracey Boakye unleashed on Kennedy Agyapong, stated on the Wontumi Morning Show that the legislator is an accomplished man who needs to be respected.
According to Mr. Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, Mr. Agyapong is old enough to be Tracey Boakye’s father and she must address him with some decorum in public.
Tracey Boakye was recently sighted in a video raining heavy insult on Kennedy Agyapong and praising former President John Mahama.
But Chairman Wontumi remarked that “Kennedy Agyapong is accomplished than Mahama… You should take him as your father”.
He continued that Mr. Agyapong is a fighter and “was handling his own work when the NDC was in power…I am a rich man so when I see a rich man, I am able to spot one.”
“He might have his excesses but he is a good man. To insult him to that level it is not good”, Chairman Wontumi said to Tracey Boakye.
