A 34-year-old visually impaired PhD applicant, Isaac Anin Baah, is considering legal action against Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) after his admission was unexpectedly revoked without explanation. Mr Baah, who has a Master’s degree from KNUST, believes the decision may be rooted in discrimination due to his visual impairment. In an interview, he revealed that his lawyer had sent multiple letters to the university seeking an explanation, but none were answered.
