Ghana Announces Visa-On-Arrival From December 1 To January 14

Government through the Transport Ministry has announced the reintroduction of the visa-on-arrival for passengers to Ghana during this festive season. The decision, according to the Ministry, was made in consultation with the Foreign Affairs, Interior, Tourism Ministries, Ghana Immigration Service and the Ghana Tourism Authority. Government Rolls Out Visa-on-arrival For Inbound Travellers Till January 15

Ghana Government has waived pre-arrival visa acquisition for travellers to Ghana effective Thursday, December 22, 2022 to Sunday, January 15, 2023. According to the Transport Minister, Kwaku Ofori Asiamah passengers would rather receive their visas upon arrival into the country.
