Veteran actor, Prince Yawson has reportedly died. He is said to have passed on earlier today at the 37 Military Hospital after battling an illness. Mr Yawson was 52 years of age. The sad event was confirmed by veteran actor, Bob Smith Jnr (Diaboloman) who was inconsolable. The actor, popularly known as ‘Waakye’, has featured in many prominent movies in the Ghanaian space. In October 2020, the actor confirmed rumors of his illness but added that God has healed him. This followed assertions that he had been hit by a mild stroke some years ago. More soon..

Veteran Actor, King Aboagye Brenya Dies @ Age 82 Popular Ghanaian actor, King Aboagye Brenya has died. According to his family, he died on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at the County Hospital at Abrepo in Kumasi after he was rushed to the facility for treatment. The 82-year-old had been incapacitated for the past six years, and as such has been out of the Ghanaian movie scene. He left behind nine children and a wife. During his youthful years, King Aboagye Brenya combined acting with working at the Kumasi Cultural Centre. He played several roles in both Ghanaian and Nigerian movies.…
