Bono regional chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe Abronye has berated former president John Dramani over his pledge to offer incentives to teachers. According to him, John Mahama made similar promises in 2012, but failed to deliver under his tenure of office. This comes in the wake of NDC’S manifesto launch held in Winneba last Saturday.
