29-year-old Sulemana Abdul Samed, the Ghanaian giant reported being the world's tallest man has appealed for medical support. Popularly known as 'Awuche', which means "let's go", Sulemana is physically unfit. A recent article about a Ghanaian who was thought by some to be the world’s tallest man has sparked an Ethiopian to come out on social media to say that he is bigger.
