Speaker Of Parliament Awarded For His Contribution To National Development As MP The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Kinsford Sumana Bagbin has been honoured by the Millennium Excellence Foundation as the Member of Parliament of the Decade for his high recognition of his outstanding contribution to National Development as an MP. The prestigious award was conferred on the Speaker at the 4th edition of the Millennium Excellence Awards held at the Chamber of Parliament.
