The head of Corporate Affairs at the National Road Safety Authority, Pearl Adusu Gyasi, has revealed that women and young ladies who walk by the roadside in skimpy dresses contributes to road accident. Speaking on Ghana Nti with Isaac Oteng on Movement TV, she said ‘’there are several factors that lead to road accidents.
