Rawlings Mourns Departed Togolese Prime Minister Former President Jerry John Rawlings was in Lome, Togo on August 30, to commiserate with the family of former Prime Minister of Togo, Édouard Kodjovi Kodjo, who passed away in April this year. The late Édouard Kodjo, popularly known as “Edem Kodjo”, was also a former Secretary-General of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU).
