A private legal practitioner, Lawyer Ralph Agyapong, has said the Attorney General (AG), Godfred Yeboah Dame is more powerful than the President of the Republic. His comment comes after Lawyer Ace Ankomah had said the AG's charges against the galamsey queen, Aisha Huang are weak, and that he should strengthen it. The AG accused Aisha Huang of committing four offences; undertaking mining without a license, facilitating the participation of persons engaged in a mining operation contrary to law, illegal employment of foreign nationals and entering Ghana while prohibited from re-entry.
