The Minister of Communications and Digitisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has bemoaned the attitude of some Ghanaians take that loans from telecommunication companies and refuse to pay back. She said one of the reluctances by some section of Ghanaians to register their sim cards is because they are owing some of the telcos.
