The Presidency has debunked accusations leveled against President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo regarding a supposed delay in assenting to the Criminal Offences (Amendment) Bill. Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin and Minority in Parliament on Monday accused the president of delaying to assent to the Criminal Offences (Amendment) (No.2) Bill, 2023 (the Bill).
