Premier League giants, Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, have committed to the autonomous league by becoming the first clubs to pay for the subscription fees. Under the independently managed league arrangement which is set to start next season, the Ghana Premier League will be managed and run by the clubs while the Ghana Football Association will only be responsible for the registration of players and officials and disciplinary issues.
