The communication officer for the Progressive People's Party (PPP),in the Ashanti Region, Richard Boadu, has disclosed that some thugs from the leading opposition party, NDC, have sneaked into the Kumasi Metropolis with an intention of creating unnecessary tension and chaos ahead of the December elections.
