The Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Dr Matthew Opoku-Prempeh in collaboration with the College of Beauty of Art and Entrepreneurship (CBAE), a government outfit on Tuesday launched a training programme to provide skills to 80 unemployed persons. Speaking at the launch at Abbeys Park conference room, Rebecca Donkor, CEO for CBAE said the programme has been designed to last beneficiaries 6 weeks from the start.
