Ayawaso North: Muslim Council Of Chiefs Appeal To President To Retain MCE, Hon. Mohammed Aminu The Leadership of Ayawaso North Council of Muslim Chiefs in the Ayawaso North Municipality in the Greater Accra Region has appealed to President Akufo-Addo to retain Hon. Mohammed Aminu Zakaria, for his tremendous and enormous work during his tunure as Municipal Chief Executive for the area.
