Presidential candidate Mr. Kofi Percival Akpalu of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), has made some serious allegations against certain individuals he refers to as "small boys" who are undermining the integrity of the Council of State. Speaking in an interview with Oheneba Nana Asiedu on wontumi T V, he expressed concerns that the position was being occupied by individuals who lacked the requisite experience and wisdom.
