The Speaker of Parliament, Mr Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, Friday said, from the First Meeting of the Fourth Session of the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, access to the Chamber will be locked at 1000 hours on each sitting day.
