Managing director of State Housing, Nana Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, has admonished persons who are 18 years and above to partake in the ongoing limited voter registration exercise. He is of the conviction that, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), will mobilise people to vote in the coming elections, in order to secure victory.
