December Polls: NPP Poised To Win All Parliamentary Seats In Eastern Region- Jeff Konadu The Eastern Regional Secretary of New Patriotic Party (NPP)Jeff Konadu, has promised to win all the parliamentary seats in the Region in the upcoming general elections. According to him, there are six orphan constituencies in which the party is determined to take over this year. He noted that the party was able to win one orphan constituency in Upper Manya Krobo in the 2016 elections.
